CANCELLATION POLICY :
At L’io Beauty each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized and elevated experience. To honor the time of both our providers and our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Medical Aesthetics Services: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be subject to a $150 no-show fee.
Facials, Brow & Lash Services: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost for all facial, brow, and lash services with our estheticians.
